The countdown to phpBB3 Gold has begun
Posted in Internet, The Freezing.If you have not yet been updated on the latest phpBB news, then head off to the official phpBB website and have a read of their latest news topic, located here. phpBB3 Gold has begun its official countdown and is due to hit on the 13th of December, 2007, at approximately 5 pm GMT. This is a fantastic milestone for phpBB and I am sure will be one of the most popular updates to date. I myself use phpBB3 RC8 for The Freezing, and won’t wait a second to update to the final version. I am sure that I am not the only one saying this and many people will take advantage of this fantastic update. I would like to take the time to congratulate the phpBB team and thank them very much for creating and maintaining such a powerful and useful forum software.
To continue on with this post, I would just like to provide a small update on the status of The Freezing. So far we have been doing well; our forum is completely functional and our website is getting most of our attention (hoping that it is ready before Christmas). I recently spoke to Andrew, the person in charge of the website design, and he has said that he hopes for everything to be finished before the end of next week. We hope everything goes well and I will keep you tuned on its progress. Thanks very much Andrew for everything so far!
